will commence the services covered in the contract in response to this request and before the end of the cancellation period of 14 days from the date of the contract.

I/We* understand, acknowledge, and accept that I/We* will cease to have the right to cancel the contract within the cancellation period once it was fully performed by the Notary.

I/We* understand, acknowledge, and accept that I/We* will be liable for costs (fees and/or disbursements) charged by the Notary under the contract for the services performed in response to this request, in proportion to what was performed until I notified the Notary of my/our* cancellation of the contract.
